We can so easily find ourselves on a hamster wheel, chasing the "good life" and the balance we hope will finally make us happy. But where does God fit into that vision? In this opening message on Elijah, Pastor Luke walks through 1 Kings 17, where famine and provision sit side by side and God proves to be the one who both withholds and provides. The story challenges the comfortable life Israel was enjoying, and it challenges us too: the point was never the good life, but knowing the good God who is with us in both feast and famine.
