Vision: To see WHOLENESS and REDEMPTION in our Homes, Churches, and Cities -Healing and restoration in families -Unified awakening in the body of Christ -Socioeconomic revival -Release from the bondage of mental illness and substance abuse -Peace of Christ to reign over hostility and violence VISION is a picture of the preferred future. The church--CHRISTIANS--should be the activators of heaven's reality here on earth,. Genesis 2:7 Is the church called to address the current needs and realities of this world that are not explicitly "spiritual?" Hunger? Poverty? Mental illness? Addiction? Imprisonment? Inequality? Personal fulfillment in the "work" of ministry is a bi-product of the real reason which is the EXAMPLE of Jesus and the TEACHING of scripture. Jesus taught it (that kingdom living is more than just a spiritual reality) Matthew 25:31-46 Jesus exemplified it Matthew 14:13-21 The Bible comments on it James 2:14-17 A call for BALANCE: "Doing" is good and important "Being" is good and important "IN" -Marriage Ministry -Reduction of Unemployment rate -Culture of giving and generosity "OUT" -Reduction of "food deserts" in Chau.
