Pastor Luke opens Romans 5 to show what life looks like once we have been justified by faith: we have peace with God and access into His grace. At the heart of the chapter is a wonderful exchange, that while we were still sinners Christ died for us, taking our sin upon Himself and clothing us in His righteousness. Comparing Adam and Christ, Pastor Luke reminds us that the gift is far greater than the trespass, and that our hope holds firm not only for the future but in the very middle of life's hardships.
